WS integration with TRAX

Hi,
Could you let me know , if anyone has worked on integration with TRAX (http://www.trax.aero/)
The Shop UI tool is able to call this Web service but we are not able to achieve this from dot net based code.
First I want to successfully call the Web service using dot net based code.
Error message : There is an error in XML document (1,6851)
