Dynamics NAV 2013 Web Client Departments Problem

Hi Everyone,
The Departments button does not appear in the navigation pane of Role Center in the Microsoft Dynamics NAV Web client.
Can we add it to The main page of NAV web client like RTC ?
I know that we can find different pages and reports bu doing a serach on the web page but can we add them to the main page of WEB CLIENT ? Is that Possible ?
