hello everybody,
i have a problem in export import module.
i have made an export order and posted it (both invoice and ship) but when i am trying to calculate duty drawback it is not done. why???
i had already mentioned incentive type as duty drawback. did all duty drawback related setup. still duty drawback is not calculated.
help
