Testing Limited User in NAV 7

Hi all,
I want to test the Limited User feature in NAV 7.
I created a new user and I set it as limited user.
I just posted some Ledger Entries, normally it don't let me post but it posted these entries and I can see the in the table 17.

I'm missing something or I'm wrong.
Help Please

There is no technical enforcement in NAV 7 for limited users. Future version will enforce it.

That means like there isn't this feature??
Why Microsoft did do it?

The licensing feature is there and you can buy the limited users. The technical enforcement of the license isn't implemented. It's based on honor system in 2013. In future version this will be implemented the user will get an error.
