Dear Experts,
I do not know why one of my items (item tracking code : SNALL) has two quantity for a serial no.
Item: ECM001 Serial No.: 12002, Quantity:2
Duplication occurs.
How would it happen??
Is there any bug?
Can i use item reclass journal to fix it?

Did you ever get to the bottom of this at all? I have a similar problem.
