Rel. Prod Order Problem

Dear All,

I have a problem with a particular Released Production Order. I created the Prod.Order and posted the production journal with no problems for the whole quantity. Then, I increased the quantity and posted the Prod. Journal again, however only the Consumption is being the posted while the Output is not being posted.

Also, the Remaining Quantity on the face of the production order is not changing. I'm getting the error that 'Production Order has not been finished. Some output is still missing.' when trying to change the status, since the output is not being posted.

Have you ever had the same problem? Any help is highly appreciated.

Did you refresh the production order?

Try to use output journal and post output on the last operation on the prod.order.

Thanks for your replies, however both didn't work.

Refresh- I couldn't calculate anything since there were item ledger entries posted already

Post Output Journal - same thing happened again i.e. no Output is being posted.

I'm afraid it's something related to this Prod. Order as I tried with other PRod. Orders and replicated the process and worked fine.

Any further suggestions are appreciated

I solved the issue, there was the Next Operations No. filled in on this particular Production Order, hence it was not the 'Last' Operation!
