Dynamic view

I'm currently working on a modification for a client and I would like some input.

I need to create a dynamic view, where the user would select any number of customers and any number of items and enter a quantity in each customer/item combos. Sales orders would be created from that list. A view that would look like an excel spreadsheet where the customers would be the rows and the items would be the columns and a quantity would be in some cells. What would be the best way of doing this in Navision knowing that the list of customers or items selected will change. What would be the best way of doing that?

I don't think this can be achieved in Navision with the standard functionality. You can't dynamically create columns. The closest thing similar to what you ask for is the Production Forecast (page 99000919) + Production Forecast Matrix (page 9245) but there is limited(fixed) number for columns (but may be possible to load different sets of items).

Who cares about the limited number of columns.
the amount of columns drawn on the screen will nearly always be less.
Just use a matrix for this.
