Visual Studio Error on Report design on Nav 2013

Hi,
Issue: Getting Error msg “An error occurred when opening Report Designer. A supported version of Visual Studio could not be found.“
I have installed Nav 2013 developer environment in my machine then i have installed visual studio 2010 and 2008 also in the same machine, Now i have uninstalled the VS 2010, Still the prob coming.
Any one can give solutions,
