Nav 2009 R2 Users losing personal configuration

I have recently restored a backup of a Nav database in 2009 R2
And users are complaining that they have lost all their personal configuration.
I checked the Profile Metadata, User Metadata, Page Data Personalization tables and the data is identical to that in the old database.

Is there another table that I need to check? The database name and service name is identical to that of the old database.

I was experiencing the same issue with lost of configurations when I implemented a kill function for idled account. I implemented this via SQL. As soon as I automated the process to run every day at COB, I started getting complains from users about loosing settings. Do you have such settings.?
