Posted Inventory goes to the "Item Ledger Entry" and "Value Entry" tables.

    "Entry Type" Field Options = Purchase,Sale,Positive Adjmt.,Negative Adjmt.,Transfer,Consumption,Output

    Purchase,Sale,Positive Adjmt.,Negative Adjmt.,Transfer,Consumption,Output

These are all entry types in the Item Ledger Entry "Entry Type" field, the Item Ledger Entry records the Inventory Movement (Item/Stock) Quantities count
Value Entries record the Financial Values, Expected, Actual, Non Inventorial Costs, Item Charge values and Sales values etc:

So Consumption,Output create both Item Ledger Entries (Movements) and Value Entries (Costs)

All info about item movements are in Item Ledger Entry. I recommend to work with some NAV consultant to learn how NAV is working...

It was tip for you to look at this ways. Try to think about it, if you have some technical problem, than ask. But I expect that you alone will try to lear how it works. It will be good for you. Giving you solution without any effort from your side is not what I want to give you. 8)

i ask you because i want to make report to my company that show are this item is available and based on it can buy or purchase this item this is the goal from my question.

Again, field Inventory on Item. Ask users how it could be used. I am sure that you will find someone who is working with NAV and will tell you how to use flow fields, flow filters etc.
