Hi everyone,

I have a problem while trying to run a page from the Nav 2013 Development Environment.
Configuration: Nav 2013, SQL Server 2008 R2.
The RTC client works just fine, the problem occurs when I try to run a page from the Development Environment, I get the following error:
The client could not establish a connection to the Nav service.

FaultCode = 'InternalServiceFault'

Reason = 'The server was unable to process the request due to an internal error. For more information about the error, either turn on IncludeExceptionDetailInFaults (either from ServiceBehaviorAttribute or from the <serviceDebug> configuration behavior) on the server in order to send the exception information back to the client, or turn on tracing as per the Microsoft .NET Framework 3.0 SDK documentation and inspect the server trace logs.'

I have Nav 2009 R2 installed on the same machine,I think may be the problem is coming from that...but I am not sure...
PS: I installed Nav 2013 first, then Nav 2009 R2...

So what shall I do???

    Hi poppins,

    Your guess is right, the error is due to installation of NAV 2009 R2.

    As per my understanding please uninstall any previous version before Nav 2013 and then repair NAV 2013 installation. I hope then the problem will get resolved.

    Thanks & Regards,
    Saurav Dhyani

    Thank you for your reply...
    Do you mean I have to keep only NAV 2013 in my machine???
    Infact, I need both versions in my work...

    Hello poppins,

    Maybe you can have the 2009 on the virtual machine, if you have to keep both versions on the same machine?
