WebServices Service is not working with any port but 7047

Hello. We are trying to configure NAV 2009 R2 WebServices to run in port 7051. We have changed in the CustomSettings.config file the key="WebServicePort" (old value="7047", new value="7051") and we also have opened the ports in the firewall, but when we try to start the service "Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Services" it's not working. We try the same with port 7047, and it works correctly.

The message we obtain when we try to start the service is (in Spanish)

El servicio Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Services en Equipo local se inició y después se detuvo. Algunos servicios se detienen automáticamente si no son usados por ningún servicio o programa.

Translated to English I think it's something like "The service Microsoft Dynamics NAV Business Web Services in localhost was started and then stoped. Some services are stoped automatically if they aren't used by some service or program".

Any ideas about what can we try to solve this?

    Have you checked the event log?

    What is previous error in the event. log? May be another service is using this port or the account you are using for the service is not able to register the http URL namespace.

    Check also if that port is open in your firewall.

    Hello,

    Are you having multiple services of NAV running on your sytem? i.e 2 nave servies and 2 web services?

    Please let me know?

    Hello. We've reviewed the Event Viewer and found the error:

    Error al iniciar el servicio MicrosoftDynamicsNavWS. Se puede deber a un error de configuración. Información detallada del error:System.ServiceModel.AddressAccessDeniedException: HTTP no pudo registrar la dirección URL http://+:9999/DynamicsNAV/. El proceso no tiene derechos de acceso a este espacio de nombres (consulte http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/?LinkId=70353 para obtener más información). ---> System.Net.HttpListenerException: Acceso denegado
    en System.Net.HttpListener.AddAll()
