Data Migration in Nav 2013

Hi Friends
I am performing upgrade from Nav 2009 to Nav 2013. I struct at data migration where system is showing "Not Responding". I am using Data Conversion Tool.
I have no issue in "Upgrade601700.1" data has successfully moved. But when I use the "Upgrade601700.2" my system showing "Not Responding".
Is there anyone who has suggestion to overcome from this deadlock.
