Upgrade to NAV2013

I need to upgrade a version 5.0 database to NAV2013.
To upgrade to NAV 2013, I believe I have to first upgrade the database to NAV2009R2 for all objects and then to NAV2013. However, my database does not have any customization in standard objects. Only a couple custom tables,forms and reports which I can recreate the pages/reports in NAV2013. Do I still need to follow the two step upgrade for all objects or can I just do data conversion steps for tables objects and then upgrade to NAV 2013 directly for all the objects like we have been doing in previous versions?

just load the 2009 objects into 5.0 db and upgrade it from 2009 to 2013
