Error in RTC when printing reports to PDF

Hi,
In RTC for this one company the users have changed the logo and address and suddenly the sendtoPDF function that was in NAV 2009R2 is giving the below error. Can you please help? The same function works in all other companies in that database
PS- Changes to the address and logo were made only to this company

If so, try using a logo with lower resolution (to get a smaller size), and see if the error still occurs.
I not I would like to know if the Logo is JPG.
