User Administrator Login but Client usr Not Login in NAV2013

I have just create a SQL 2012 New Node and configure with NAV 2013, through Administrator login is working and login both RTC and Web, but when I login through other user account through web giving error
A server error has occurred, and the content cannot be displayed. Refresh the page or open a new browser window.
User created in windows 2012 domain and SQL 2012 both account Windows and SQL
what is problem ?
