Navision opens unfocusable Windows in Background

Hi,
I have this problem with one of my customers.
The situation is this:
The customer opens a job card, and tries to search for a specific job by pressing Ctrl+F. Now, when it opens the search window it is opened in the background and is not in focus. The job window is still in focus. Even if the user tries to select the search window it cannot be given focus. ](*,) The problem is also with other forms the try to open...
The customer have tried to re-installed NAV, and deleted the zup file, and it will sometimes solve the problem for a few hours. The it starts to behave weird again...
Any suggestions?
