IC Inbox issue

Hello,
I have set up an Intercompany relationship between 2 of our companies on the same database and posted both GL journals and Sales Invoices.

Both sets of transactions have been posted in the different companies and have appeared in the Outbox and i have set them to 'Send to IC Partner' however there is nothing showing in the InBox in either of the 2 companies so it seems that the transactions are getting lost somewhere.

Can anyone shed any light on this and where i can track them.

Also, with regard to 'Company Information' , there is an Intercompany section withing it , does this have to be populated ?
