Cost Adjustment is froze

Hi All,

we are using NAV 5.0 SP1.
When i running Adjust Cost, adjustment freezing on one item. Adjustment is showing one item code but item Entry No is cycling some numbers.

What is the problem?
How can i resolve this issue?
