xAuthorize Version 6.0 on Windows 2008

I am in the middle of a migration from Navision 3.7 to Navision 5.0. First I am testing with native database, once I stabilize the functionality I will go to SQL. I also changing my server from Windows 2000 Advanced Server to Windows 2008. I just ran into a problem with xAuthorize CC6.0. I was trying to use xPaymentCOM 2010 but it seems the company just close.
I got the following scenariosL
Successful Scenarios:
NAV3.7 and Windows XP . It works perfectly. I got navision setup as Test Mode (Online).
Scenarios with Problems:
Windows XP, NAV 5.0. I get this message "The Transaction has been declined.".
Windows 2008 Server, NAV 5.0 I get this message " A fatal error occurred during processing. Transaction may or may not gone though. Please process the transaction manually".
Any ideas?
