Top 10 Inventory Items

We are running NAV 2009 R2 RTC. When we run the Top 10 Inventory Items report for the lowest 10 items based on inventory value we get some really strange results that don't tie to the actual inventory valuation. Does anyone know about this and whether it is a hotfix issue?
