Log of changed license on SQL server

Hello. I need your help.
We have a problem, when somebody changed NAV license on SQL server.
We do not know how to find USERID which make this action.

Is there any log, to trace licence change in SQL server or NAV?

We think yes. It is a big company (700 employees) and some of them have db_owner rights

Do you mean "License - Upload" and not "License - Change"?

If you stored the license in the Master DB, instead of the NAV DB, then users with only DB-owner would not be able to upload it. Any reason you have it in the NAV DB? Also if the were using "License -Change" this also would not happen.
