NAV 2013 not connect through web client

I have configure a new instance of SQL in NAV 2013 and tested on server both RTC and Web client are working , but when I connected through client machine giving error "This page can't be displayed"
what is error in configuration, I have configure a different port 1046.
kindly suggest me what I will do?
