Page runs in company and not the other

I have a DatabaseName GEOSQLTest and in this database I have 4 different companies (Geotech Aviation - Staging, Geotech Ltd, Geotech Training, UAT go-live). I created a page called VendorStaging. The page run perfectly when I open/run it in Geotech Training. However, whenever I try to run it Geotech Aviation - Staging, the page never runs. I need it to run on the Geotech Aviation - Staging company.
Any ideas what I am doing wrong?

By accident I entered data in the table. So when I tried running the RTC page for that table, it wouldn't run it. So, I just deleted the data and I was able to run the page then
