Rename the caption of an "Action Container"

Is there a possibility to change the caption of the different Action Container.
For instance I want to change the caption of the action container "RelatedInformation".
When I open the client the label is always "Navigate", although I changed the caption of the action container.

So far the only way I know is to change the caption within the client individually. But is there a way to rename the caption in general?
