issue copying base unit of measure from excell into nav 2013

Good Day All

I am new to this forum(posting), I am currently importing a list of items into the items table however when I include the base unit of measure the paste fails with:
"paste failed because of validation errors"
"the field item No. of table Item unit of measure contains a value(*** "

I do have have base unit of measure setup ie
code

You need to populate the Item unit of measure table. I suggest to use rapid-start services to load items
