Dear Expert,
Why all simplified Chinese character is showing garbled text in the NAV 2009 in my new server???
Why is that happen and how can I fix the problem?
The garbled texts should be simplified Chinese character.
Please advice me.

It does work after changing the system locale to simplified Chinese.
No garbled text any more.
