group by with two tables

hi good morning one and all,
i dont know how to use group by,can any one suggest me please.
i have two tables
lets consider
department and employee
in department

no name department----> fields
in employee
no name employeesal.....>fields

i want to group department with employee is it possible

department
no name department
1 xx hr
2 yy nav
3 zz ax
4 aaa hr
employee

no name emplyeesal
1 xx 123
2 yy 345
4 aaa 456
i want to get the result
1 xx hr
1 xx 123
4 aaa hr
4 aaa 456

is it possible to do can any one suggest me please

there is no group by function in nav, instead you can use a temp table:
