Text Changes to some unreadable language when E-Mail sent

I am using Navision 2009 R2. When i sent e-mail through service mail queue the E-mail font changes to unreadable language when opened in web like yahoo or gmail or some non-microsoft e-mail client other then MS Outlook. The content of the mail is readable when opened in MS outlook or Hotmail. Please suggest if anybody is aware fron this issue.
