Blocked installation - language error

Hello,

[Developer Installation french Nav2013 on Win7(64)]

I installed Nav2013 on my (french) Laptop. It worked (all in english)

Then I decided to unistall and tried to install sql server 2012 express before installing Nav2013, but impossible to install the french version - so I installed the english version.

Then I tried again installation of Nav2013 but this time it did not work - I have this error :

Module Langue (fr-FR) pour Microsoft Dynamics NAV Server

Erreur irrécupérable lors de l’installation

heres a translation :

I can't find the solution - Could someone please help me ?
