Hello Everyone,
Happy New Year to all, best wishes.
I have created Windows Logins, lot of times, but it is strange that i am facing with this problem.
I have selected Windows Logins from Active Directory, and the name was DOMAIN\John.Smeth, i have created some roles, user was able to login and do his job. I am using his windows login, and noticed that the name John.Smeth is not ok, so it should be John.Smith. The name was changed by administrator in Active Directory, i have delete this username(as windows login) from NAV also as Security/Users in SQL, and when i select it from AD the name in AD is John.Smith, but when it is added to NAV is still John.Smeth.
Should it be deleted somewhere else, becasue it is remembering user id John.Smeth.
Second one is similar like this problem below, but now it is with uppercase and lowercase.
i have created DOMAIN\john.smith, and again deleted user (NAV and SQL), added it again and it still gets DOMAIN\john.smith even if in Active Directory is John.Smith.
Any suggestion why this is happening, or how to solve it?
I am using NAV 2009 R2.
Thanks,
Best Regards,

Happy New Year
Did you delete the login from not only the NAV database but also from Master Databas in SQL.
IF not please do that this may solve the problem
