Posting Error in NAV 2009 R2

Hi to all,

i have created a new company using factory setup, then am trying to create a new sales order i have values in required fields. when am trying to post the order.. am getting an error "shipping no series must have a value in sales header doc type and no should not be zero"

please help me

The painfully obvious question is have you setup all the number series in all the setup tables?
and if you say yes..i will say "double check".

That field gets populated when the Sales Header is created. So if your number series are set up, then this order may have need created before they were.
