Error attachment segment marketing (NAV 2013)

In a segment of marketing if i want to use attachment, i get an error:
"The message is for C/AL programmers: Cannot create an instance of the following .NET Framework object: assembly Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word, Version=14.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=71e9bce111e9429c, type Microsoft.Office.Interop.Word.ApplicationClass."
I have office 2007 and i have no problems sending to Excel and Word from NAV 2013.
Any idea?

I installed office 2010 and works fine.
