Service Tax- Reversal charge hotfix

Hi,
I am getting error when installing Service Tax reversal charge hotfix.
My environment is Ax2009 sp1 Indian localization.
The error says : Cannot modify the label because the text and description are not unique.
Could someone help me in this ?
