How to install more than 1 server on a physical server

I got one physical server where I installed NAV3.70 and NAV5.0 servers. I did that without problems but now I also need another NAV5.0 server. When I try to install via the setup file I get a message or repair or uninstall.
I have tried to install it using SC but I have not been able to figure out how. Any ideas on how to do it?
Is there any other way?

Thank you a lot I got is working now.
I install it using the Server INSTALLASSERVICE option from Navision.
