Error when loing Through web client in nav 2013 other the ad

I am getting error when login in NAV 2013 web client other than administrator account.
when I login by administrator working fine but login by other user account giving error

A server error has occurred, and the content cannot be displayed. Refresh the page or open a new browser window.

where is error ?
