These hands-on labs are a learning opportunity where you use your computer to work inside a virtual version of the Microsoft Dynamics products. Subject matter experts from the Microsoft Dynamics NAV development team will host these labs, which will give you the opportunity to provide feedback while learning. Lab duration is 90 - 120 minutes.
You need to bring your own laptop because we will provide you with your own cloud environment. It will be available for your own use during the hands-on lab and the two weeks following after.
If you want to participate in one of these labs you need to register as soon as possible because there is limited availability. Registration is mandatory and binding. A link to the lab's registration page will be mailed to all conference attendees in October.

Q. When and how will I receive the admission ticket?
A. 2 weeks before the start of the conference, we will send you a mail (to the e-mail address used when registering). This mail contains a link to your admission ticket, which needs to be printed out and handed over at the registration desk at the entrance of the conference venue. In return of this admission ticket paper, you receive your conference badge and guide.
If you also attend one of the pre-conference classes, a 2nd link appears in this mail. Please print this admission ticket as well, as it should be handed over at the registration desk of the conference hotel.
If you don't have received this mail one week before the start of the conference, then let us know so we can track down the cause. It's probably sent to a different e-mail address, blocked by a spam filter or we haven't received payment yet.
Note: Admission tickets are only available for registrations which are fully payed.

I have read that one of the requirements for these workshops is a PartnerSource log-in account. Since we are an internal developing team in our company, we only have CustomerSource accounts, but nevertheless I want to participate on two or three of these workshops.
I don't know if it's my mistake: I haven't seen the prerequisite "Visual Studio 2010 or 2012" for the "Microsoft .NET Interoperability for Beginners" class. Is a full visual studio really necessary or is the express version also working?
I don't know if Express covers it. As long as you can develop and compile C# with it, then yes - you can use the Express version. However - I really don't know because I never used it.
Also - you can download a trial version and use the trial version in the course.
Finally - not much accent will be on the Visual Studio itself, I'll focus more on how to use the DotNet types from C/AL and Visual Studio will be used mostly for demonstrations and explaining the concepts which I am giving the solutions in C/AL.
I hope this helps.
Cheers,
