Problem in Synchronization All NAV User with SQL

Hi
We use NAV 5.0 SP1 and Microsoft SQL Server 2005 Standard Edition SP 2
Security model : Enhanced
Both Windows and Database Logins are beign used.
We have a problem when we try to Sychronize ALL User:
"This database principal owns a schema in the database, and cannot be dropped"
Can anyone please explain:
(1) Why is Sychronize ALL User is trying to drop a database principal?
(2) Is there any document available which explains the Sychronization process in detail?
(3) Is there any way to identifiy the database principal with whom Sychronization process is having problem?
I have searched the site - but didn't get my answers- so i had to submit my query
