Language Module Problem

Hi,
I have one NAV 2009 R2 GB database. And i am applying Dutch language pack in that database.
But i am not getting dutch caption in all base objects and customized objects.
Is there any way to apply language pack to customized objects or i have to do it manually?
Please provide the solution.
