Warehouse shipment

One question about the warehouse shipment :
When we posted the sales order and create warehouse pick slip, but not yet go to sales shipment,
where or which report can be use for check these not yet shipment items?
In the month end processing, client need some kind of report for check these uncompleted item.
Please let me know there is any standard report available for this or it is new report?

I'm a little confused by the process and documents you describe (e.g., posting sales order before creating pick).
However, assuming you are using warehouse shipments and warehouse picks, a simple way to find items on picks that have not been shipped is to add page 7341 to the menu and filter on Qty. Picked<>0 and Qty. Outstanding<>0. That will show any warehouse shipment lines that still need to be shipped and have quantities picked. It may not not be perfect for your uses (e.g., will show lines where the qty picked has been fully shipped if the full qty was not picked), but it's a good starting point for either a custom page or report. You can also use the same approach to find things like shipments that have no picks created (and also use it with purchase lines, sales lines, etc.)

In the US, there's a report called Outstanding Sales Order Status. I'm sure there's a simliar report in your localized version.
