Add-In resize with the Page in NAV2009r2

Hallo,
I have a problem with my Add-In, it get horizotal resize without problems but the Vertikal resize is not working. How can i get my add-in grow and shrink with the NAV Page?
The Add-In is for NAV2009r2.
Hope somebody could help me.

i change my WinForm Add-In to a WPF Add-In an vola it get automated resize. Thanks anyway.
