Show the field description in page designer

This ihas been driving me crazy for a while now.
In the NAV 2013 page designer (2009 too I would imagine) each page field has a description property.
I would like to use this to add notes during mods so I can see at a glance which fields have been tweaked.
Problem is I can't show the description column in the page designer.
Is this possible to achieve, if not who do we speak to at Microsoft to make it happen?
