RTC warehouse picks not accessable, in Classic possible

Our warehouse guys encounter the problem that they can create the warehouse picks document in the classic client, but not in the RTC. The RTC simply does nothing when this menu item is clicked. In the classic they can work, but they are used to work with the RTC.

Where can i see the cause why RTC does not react ?

As we started very quickly i simply gave the key guys in our warehouse superuser permissions (to the one i knew i can trust). But now we have to adjust the permissions and i created a basic role with basic permissions. What they needed too was shown via classic client (RTC often does not show what is missing).

Currently we have the case that the classic works fine, but RTC simply does nothing. No hint, no error message. It would be helpful if there was a place where the RTC logs the problem. But i don't know where to look for this :?:

I hope the guys here are experienced with this case of problems and can show me the way to find the cause.
