Meaning of the standard Fields

Hi Gud mrng,

I want to prepare a document for my client where I have to give him description or meaning of all standard fields for various tables like Customer, Customer ledger, etc.

So is there any document for this task can be found over web.

Thanks Mohana.

But On This link we can see only that where it is applicable and what I want is the meaning for that field.
For ex Field Description
Customer Id Denotes Id of the customer.
Phone No Used for entering the customer oh no.
VAT Registration No. Customer's VAT No.
