NAV 2009 R2 RTC - Tree in pages

Hello guys.
RTC pages have function to show the list of records in "tree" mode.
But when you use two fields in property "IndentationControls" the identation apears only in first column of the page.
How to resolve this problem?
For example Page-16-"Chart of Accounts" - the "IndentationControls" is Name but identetion shows only at No. field.
