Creating Note field in NAV table

I have a customer who is using NAV contact Managment module, and he is doind a sync between NAV contacts and outlook. He wants a way to write test in a note field in the To-Do table and Sync it with the Notes field in the outlook Contact card. My question is how to create a text field in Navision that can store large number of characters so I can sync it with Outlook contact notes.
