Delete Shipped Drop Ship orders

I have a client who consistently creates drop ship orders that ship partial and they want to close them out as complete. Normally, we'd ship the Order Qty. and delete the orders, but you can't do this on these orders because (1) There is posted activity and (2) The sales/purchase orders are linked.

What is the easiest way to resolve these orders?
