Upgrading from 2009 R2 SQL to 2013

Hi,
I have tried to upgrade one of our customers but have a problem with updating login.

1. I took a Full SQL backup of the 2009R2 database
2. Restored it in a SQL 2012 2009 Enviroment (Because of the license)
3. Performed all the tasks in 2009R2
4. Detached the database
5. Attacted the database in 2013 Enviroment
6. Performed the last tasks in the upgrade
7. Now, when I try to setup the login in the RTC client, the client abortes with no error.

I have tried to restore it a the customers 2012 SQL server, but when I try to open the RTC client and pick a company the clients aborts with the following error :

I have tried to delete all logins using the following script :

Truncate Table [dbo].[Access Control]
Truncate Table [dbo].[User]
Truncate Table [dbo].[User Property]
Truncate Table [dbo].[User Personalization]
