Using: NAV 2009 R2 (RTC) on SQL 2008
Using: Citrix 5
End User: Windows 7 to connect to Citrix. NAV and printers are all setup on Citrix

Navision Service keep crashing (randomly) upon print. This does not happen consistently for every user or every time. We believe this may have something to do with the Citrix default printer setup and user profile. Unfortunately, cannot replicate the situation. Anyone else having the same issue?
