Microsoft Dynamics Navision server instance error

Hi,

I installed the NAV2013 W1 "development environment. It installed succesfully, but after installing when I tried to run
Microsoft Dynamics Nav Administration tool, it open the window, but I am not able to see the NAV instance, which has been
created, When I tried to connect to "Local", it throws an error "Object reference not set to an instance of an object".

I also created another NAV2013 W1 database, and tried to create server instance to access RTC, but it does not any option.
I have also attache screen shot of error message. RTC runs well and services "DynamicsNAV70" has created.

I am not able to create new server instance for other database.
